NO PEEK STEWS 
2 lbs. cubed lean beef
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. sliced carrots
2 (8 oz.) cans Spicy V-8
2 tbsp. tapioca
Salt and pepper

Mix meat and vegetables in a Dutch oven. Season to taste. Dissolve tapioca in tomato juice. Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Do not peek!
