MOUNT ST. HELEN 
1 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 lg. (two sm.) pound cake(s)
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple
2/3 c. Midouri or Melon liqueur
6 sugar cubes
Lemon extract

Place gallon of ice cream in an "impressive" bowl. Pour over ice cream, crushed pineapple (not drained) and mixed with the Midouri. "Nest" container of Cool Whip on top. Soak sugar cubes briefly in lemon extract - light on fire! Scoop over slices of pound cake.
