MOIST AND CHEWY BROWNIES 
2 sticks butter
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate pieces
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and chocolate pieces. Mix eggs and sugar in bowl. Pour chocolate mixture into egg mixture and mix well. Add flour, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut and remove immediately from pan.

NOTE: For a "dreamy dessert" serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

The best brownies I've ever tasted, definitely moist and chewy. However I used mixer to mix the sugar and eggs, medium speed about 2 minutes. It makes the brownies lighter.
