BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
8 oz. cream cheese
6 eggs
8 oz. Velveeta
1 stick butter
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt

Thaw broccoli and cut into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle with flour and salt; mix well. Beat eggs and mix with broccoli. Put in cheese and butter; mix well. Bake in buttered casserole, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
