BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
2 c. water
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, thawed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Minute Rice
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. celery
3/4 c. chopped onions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
