PORK RITES 
2 lb. ground pork
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Brown meat and onion. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. This can be used for pizza burgers, tacos, or barbecues.
