BEEF-POTATO-GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
Brown 1 pound ground beef in fry pan. Drain off fat. Combine with 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Put into bottom of large, deep casserole. Cook and drain 1 quart of green beans. Place on top of beef mixture. Cook enough potatoes to make about 1 1/2 quarts when mashed. Place mashed potatoes over green beans. Top mashed potatoes with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. |
