POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Thaw hash browns. In a very large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Put in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter. Mix the butter with 1/4 cup crushed corn flakes. Put on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
