SPINACH CHARLOTTE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 jar Old English cheese
8 oz. cottage cheese
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. flour

Thaw and drain spinach well. Mix together Old English cheese, beaten eggs and flour. Add well-drained spinach and cottage cheese. Place mixture in a buttered standard size quiche dish or pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.

Serves 6.
