COTTAGE CHEESE DIP 
2 tbsp. skim milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. creme cottage cheese
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

1. Add milk, lemon juice and cottage cheese. Blend.

2. Add soup mix. Blend on high.

3. Allow to stand 15 minutes before serving. 1 cup = 300 calories.
