SWEDISH POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. angel flake coconut
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
8 oz. small chocolate chips
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter with sugar. Add 5 eggs and 2 cups flour alternately, beating well. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 8 oz. very small chocolate chips; with spoon stir in 1 cup coconut and 1 cup chocolate chips. Bake about 45 minutes at 325 degrees in oblong pan. The "small" chocolate chips are optional. This is a very rich cake. Serves 20.
