1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cardamom
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 stick melted butter

Dissolve baking soda in heavy cream. Mix all ingredients together. Beat well. Bake in 9" greased, square pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
