HUMMUS 
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and washed
3 tbsp. tahini, ground sesame seeds
1/4 to 1/2 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
Water

Put everything in blender (food processor does a better job). Puree until smooth. Add water to desired dipping consistency, like sour cream.
