BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 slices bread, toasted and cubed
1 lb. sausage

Mix eggs, milk and cheese. Add bread. Let set to absorb liquid. Add sausage which has been cooked, crumbled and drained. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with more grated cheese. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
