1 stick butter
1 onion
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (10 oz.) box broccoli
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
4 eggs

Chop onion. Saute in butter until tender. Mix with other ingredients. Cook at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
