CHOCOLATE CHIP ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar

Sift flour with cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder. Mix zucchini, walnuts and chocolate chips and set aside. Mix sugar, salad oil and eggs together and beat well until smooth. Add dry ingredients and zucchini mixture.

Pour into well greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
