EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. salad dressing
3 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded raw carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon at medium speed until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees in 9x13 inch greased pan for 30 to 35 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar

Blend well cream cheese, milk and vanilla. Gradually add sugar, beating well until light and fluffy.
