SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. butter

Combine all ingredients together in saucepan. Put on low fire until mixture is warm. Pour into uncooked pie shell and cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
