1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 heaping c. pecans
3 whole eggs
Dash vanilla
Pinch salt

Mix above ingredients well pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and top with whipped cream or ice cream, or eat plain.
