QUICKIE CORN CHOWDER 
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
10 3.4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
4 c. milk
16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Combine butter and onion in 3 quart casserole. MICROWAVE on HIGH until onion is transparent. Add soup, milk, corn, salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. MICROWAVE 7 to 8 MINUTES on HIGH, or until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
