HEAVENLY FRUIT DIP 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. or less of Cool Whip

Cook the sugar, flour, pineapple juice, beaten egg, and butter over low heat. Stir constantly, cooking until mixture is thick. Cool mixture until cold. Fold in Cool Whip.

Serve with fruit, which has been sliced and is ready to be dipped.
