HASH BROWN BAKE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
Salt
1/2 stick butter
Pepper
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 pt. whipped cream, unwhipped

Spray a 9 x 12 inch pan with cooking spray. Layer the pan with the 2 pounds of hash browns, a dash of salt and pepper, then the Swiss cheese. Pour the whip cream over top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn oven to broil and brown top.
