FISH WITH TOMATO CAPER SAUCE | |
1 tbsp. olive oil 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 lg. garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 tbsp. capers 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped 1 anchovy fillet, chopped 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 c. dry white wine Cover fillets with mixed ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes. |
