COCKTAIL PUFFS 
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. crabmeat or cooked chopped shrimp or cooked chopped chicken
2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 - 2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tbsp. minced onion

Place water and butter in sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add flour and salt. Reduce heat and stir until mixture leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs, one at a time, beating well. Drop 1/2 teaspoon of mixture onto very lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

Combine all remaining ingredients for filling. Chill. Cut top off each puff, fill with mixture and replace top. Place on baking sheet and warm in 350 degree oven until cheese melts. Yields 45 to 50 puffs.
