COCKTAIL SMORGASBORD TABLE -
DAISY STYLE
 
Now, let's set up a super cocktail smorgasbord table. I like to use chaffing dishes, one at each end. Fill one with either Sweet/Sour or Swedish Meat Balls and the other with either Buffalo Wing Dings or Cocktail Franks. Don't forget the TOOTHPICKS, COCKTAIL PLATES AND COCKTAIL NAPKINS. This table is very filling with all finger foods. Always start you r table with an elegant table cloth and candles - lots of candles. You may mix any of the following to get a beautiful spread for either a Cocktail Party, Bridal Shower or afternoon wedding. These are my favorites:

Salmon Mousse Mold with side of crackers.

Krakus Ham and Beef Tenderloin on a platter with Cocktail Rye and Silver Dollar Buns. (Bernaise Sauce and Horseradish Sauce should be served with this.)

A vegetable tray made up of Julienne Carrots and Celery, Rosebud Radishes, Zucchini Sticks, Cauliflower Buds all served with a dish of curry dip in the center.

Bleu Cheese and Port Wine Cheese Ball with side of crackers.

Chicken Liver Pate with side of Rye and Wheat crackers.

Shrimp with my own Cocktail Sauce or

Shrimp Dip with Potato Chips

If this isn't enough variety for your table you can always add Stuffed Celery Sticks, Deviled Eggs either plain or stuffed with crab or shrimp or topped with capers. Any of the appetizers in my APPETIZER section can be combined to make a beautiful table. Be sure to vary your selections by using a variety made up of at least one of each fish, meat, vegetable, chicken and cheese items. I guarantee your table will make you the hit of the day.
