COCKTAIL QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. can shrimp, drained
8 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese, diced
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pepper

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Blend well. Stir in shrimp, cheese, onions and peppers. Pour into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
