LASAGNA FOR 16 
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. Spatini spaghetti sauce mix
1 sm. can Hunt's sauce
1 can Hunt's paste with 2 cans water
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. dry minced onion
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. can Italian tomatoes
1 can stewed tomatoes

Place all of the above in large saucepan. Simmer 3 hours. Cook and drain 2 pounds lasagna. Have ready 2 packages chopped spinach, 4 beaten eggs, 4 cups Ricotta, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Stir these ingredients together. Brown 2 pounds hamburg. Cut 1 pound Swiss cheese into strips. Grate 1 pound Mozzarella. Put lasagna, sauce mix, hamburg, spinach mixture and cheese (layered) into two 9 x 13 inch pans. If ingredients are hot, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If prepared ahead of time and stored in refrigerator, bake at least 1 hour. Bake until hot and bubbly and all cheese is melted.
