CARAMEL PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. flour, rounded
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. cooked pumpkin
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Butter, the size of a prune

Mix all ingredients. Cook until thickened and pour into cooked pie shell. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
