CARAMEL & APPLE PIE | |
6 c. peeled apple slices 1 9" unbaked pastry shell 3 Wrapples caramel sheets 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. butter Place 1/2 apples in pie shell. Top with 2 caramel sheets, remaining apples and third caramel sheet, stretching slightly to cover top. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and nuts; cut in butter. Sprinkle over caramel sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. |
