CHEESE BALL | |
1 sm. box Velveeta cheese 1 sm. Cheddar cheese (1 pkg.) 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (Philadelphia) 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained) 1/2 c. bell peppers (finely chopped) 1/2 c. onions (finely chopped) 2 c. pecans (chopped) Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight, take out of refrigerator, shape into ball. (Roll in pecans.) Serve with chips or crackers. Makes two medium balls. |
