BUTTERSCOTCH SQUARES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/3 c. butter
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Melt butterscotch chips and butter, stir in crumbs and nuts. Press 1/2 of mixture in 13 1/2 inch greased pan. In large bowl, mix cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in Eagle Brand milk, egg and vanilla. Pour in pan on crumb mixture. Take remaining crumb mixture and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. 325 degrees for glass pan. Cool and chill before cutting in squares. Refrigerate left over.
