CARAMEL BANANA PUDDING 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (caramelize)
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla flavor pudding
2 c. (pt.) whipping cream, whipped
36 vanilla wafers
3 med. bananas, sliced & dipped in bottled lemon juice

Caramelize sweetened condensed milk by one of the methods. In large mixing bowl, combine caramelize milk and water. Add pudding mix, beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream.

Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into 2 1/2 quart glass serving bowl. Top with 1/3 each of the wafers, bananas and pudding. Repeat layering twice, ending with pudding. Cover. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
