1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oats

Melt butter, add sugar, cocoa and milk. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter; stir well. Add oats and drop by spoonful onto waxed paper.
