STEAK TERIYAKI 
Steak, any cut (flank, London broil, etc.)
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry sherry
2 tsp. powdered ginger
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Pour over the steak and cover. Marinate all day or overnight. The longer you marinate, the stronger the taste. Barbecue the steak as desired.
