MAGIC CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. light cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust or
2 pkgs. graham crackers and butter mixed in food processor

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended and pour into crust. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight. Top with cherry pie filling or other fruit.

Serves 6.
