BOURBON SWEET POTATOES 
2 cans sweet potatoes or yams (4 lbs.)
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. bourbon
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. salt

Mash potatoes; add other ingredients. Beat until well mixed. Put in greased baking dish; sprinkle 1/3 cup pecans on top. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
