BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter an 8x8 inch pan.

Batter: Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; make a well. Beat together egg, vegetable oil, milk and lemon juice and add to well in dry mixture; mix until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with blueberries.

To prepare topping: Mix ingredients together until crumbly and sprinkle over berries. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into squares. Serve warm or cold.
