BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

STREUSEL:

1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; cut in butter with pastry blender. Combine milk, eggs and vanilla. Stir until moist. Fold in blueberries and spread in 9"x13" pan. Combine streusel ingredients and crumble on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
