TURKEY SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. pickle relish
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
8 hamburger buns

Heat large skillet over medium heat. Saute turkey, onion and bell pepper 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Add ketchup, relish, chili powder and celery seed. Bring to a boil. Turn fire down to simmer and cook 30 minutes. Serve on buns.
