YUM-YUM SALAD 
2 sm. boxes lemon Jello
1 c. sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. whipping cream

Dissolve Jello according to directions. Cool slightly. Add sugar, fine apple and cheese.

Whip cream and add to mixture. Chill in refrigerator overnight or until set. Stir from time to time so it doesn't separate.
