SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 diced bananas
1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows

TOPPING:

1 c. pineapple juice
1 beaten egg
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 envelope Dream Whip
Shredded cheese

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add cold water; add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows and stir and chill until firm.

For Topping: Mix 1 cup pineapple juice, the egg, flour and sugar and cook until thick. Cool thoroughly and stir in Cool Whip. Spread on Jello mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Yum! Yum!
