BEEFUNGOO 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 c. cheese, grated
6 med. potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
Salt & pepper to your taste

In large skillet brown ground beef. Follow directions on taco package as if for fixing tacos. Leave this in your skillet. Peel and boil potatoes until tender. Drain off water and mix with butter and milk. Blend until creamy. Spread these over your ground beef and cover with cheese. Cover with lid and simmer until cheese has completely melted. Serve with rolls or toast and salad. It's simple and it's great!
