1/2 c. butter, softened 1 (16 oz.) box light brown sugar 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. self rising flour 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. chopped pecans Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Add flour and blend well. Add vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares. Simple and good! |
