NACHOS (MICROWAVE) 
16-24 lg. tortilla chips
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp. cheddar cheese (opt.)

Line a 10" paper or glass plate with wax paper. Arrange tortilla chips evenly on plate.

Sprinkle chips with cheese.

Microwave at 50% (medium) for 3 to 8 minutes rotating plate once or twice.

ZIPPY NACHOS: Follow recipe above, except place small slice jalapeno pepper or a stuffed olive on each chip before sprinkling with cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
