MOM'S CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans chili beans, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans whole tomatoes
4 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onion. Add 2 cans on beans and 2 cans of whole tomatoes and 4 tablespoons vinegar. Mix well together and then add 3/4 teaspoon chili powder; more or less to your taste. Bring to boil and then reduce heat for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
