BILL'S BOYSENBERRY ICE CREAM 
1 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened boysenberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry flavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. light cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Thaw berries, if frozen. Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; add sugar. Cool 15 minutes. Meanwhile, press berries through sieve; discard seeds. Stir sieved berries into gelatin mixture. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Freeze in 4 or 5 quart ice cream freezer according to the manufacturer's directions. Ripen ice cream to harden if desired. Serve in wafer cones, if desired. Makes 1 1/2 quart.
