MEAT PIE 
2 c. diced chicken, beef, or turkey (your choice)
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced potatoes
1 (8 oz.) can peas
2 envs. gravy mix
2 ready made pie crust

Boil or microwave potatoes and carrots until soft. Mix meat, carrots, potatoes, and peas in bowl. Season to your taste. Place mix in pie shell. Make gravy and pour over ingredients. Cover with other pie shell. Put slits in top of pie shell. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
