GRAPE OATMEAL COOKIES 
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt
1 1/4 c. seedless grapes

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla; mix until creamy. Combine remaining ingredients except grapes. Add to butter mixture.

Stir in grapes. Drop by level 1/3 cup measures onto greased cookie sheet. Spread to 3-inch diameter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 10 large cookies.
