MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
16 oz. carton Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 green onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. ball Mozzarella cheese, grated
6 flour tortillas, quartered

Brown meat; drain fat. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Heat thoroughly. In separate bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, egg, green onion, and green chilies. Put a layer or two of tortillas in bottom of casserole dish. Add 1/2 of the meat sauce mixture. Top with all of the Ricotta cheese mixture, then put some Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella on top of that. Add another layer of tortillas, then the rest of the meat sauce and the rest of the Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses. Heat until cheese melts in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or microwave on high about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
