MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 1/2-2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3 lg. flour tortilla shells
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can refried beans
1/2 c. chopped onion
Pepper to taste
Sm. tomato
3 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Lettuce
Black olives and sour cream (optional
Fritos

Brown hamburger with onions and pepper. Add taco seasoning (as per instructions on package). Simmer 5-10 minutes. Add enchilada sauce; heat to boil.

In round casserole dish sprayed with PAM, place one flour shell. Add a layer of meat, beans, layer of cheese, another shell, beans, meat, cheese, last shell, remaining meat, beans, and cheese. Cover with crushed Fritos.

Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven. Top with lettuce, tomato, olives, sour cream, and taco sauce (if desired). Serve.
